LIVING AREA
The living area has full wood panel lining with double glazed windows. It overlooks Katoomba Falls reserve with a glimpse of some of the escapement near the skyway area. We have a mixture of stackable cloth seats, lounges and folding tables so you can set up the rooms as you like. The lounge /dining area is around 6 metres wide by 8 metres long.

BATHROOMS

Each bathroom has a skylight to brighten the area up, numerous hooks in each has 2 separate shower areas and a self contained toilet. Each also has 2 wash basins and room to move.

BEDROOMS

There are four bedrooms each with bunks.

Bedroom One has a trio (Double on the bottom, and a single on top) plus 3 single bunks.)

Bedroom Two has a trio (Double on the bottom, and a single on top) plus 3 single bunks.)

Bedroom Three has a trio and a trundle

Bedroom Four has 2 single bunks

Each bedroom has an oil filled electric heater to keep you warm

Each bed has 2 pillows and 2 blankets supplied.

THE KITCHEN

# The Kitchen has an easy to use microwave on the left.
# All stainless steel work areas
# A fan forced Oven
# 4 electric cook tops (right)
# 3 main preparation areas and a separate wash up area.
# The cupboards are labeled to help you find everything
# No kitchen is complete without sharp knifes, and a good range of cooking gear that is close to the work area.
# A white board to write down your menu and what you need to buy at the shops.
Coles is only 2 minutes away in the car and is normally open from 6 am to midnight daily.
