The aim of Ministryblue is to provide free, cheap or innovative resources  for Australian Christian ministries and charities.
Fund raising is through seeking discounts or free things from organisations that are then passed onto the wider Christian community or to charities.

Ministryblue.com was started by Rob Lamont in April 2001 as the covering organisation to a number of projects run by Rob. Ministryblue is also the expanded base that Christian Youth Resources, Australia  was responsible for but due to the dramatic growth we have chosen to make CYRA only responsible for Book sales.
(CYRA was started back in 1981.)

What started as a way to get some curtains for Rob Lamont's home church has now grown to being a multi million dollar venture. Rob has been able to track down a number of ongoing and one off bargains.

Mostly free, some as greatly discounted prices.

Past offers include cash grants, free theatre curtains, carpet, kitchen gear & fridges, chairs, discount  holidays, Data projectors, computer software, computers, sound gear, lighting gear, laminators, book binders etc.

Blue Mountains Camp Sites

In 1999 Rob and Jenni fulfilled a dream that goes back to 1980 (When they purchased their first Blue Mountains Property - but were never able to finance the building of a campsite) - that is, to operate a Christian Campsite designed to take away small groups. 

After purchasing Trinity Cottage, Katoomba in early 1999 they sold their own home and bought Waratah Lodge, Katoomba in late 1999

Who is Rob Lamont?
Rob Lamont started in full time youth work back in 1978. Since then he has worked for a number of Churches as a Youth Minister, the NSW Bible Society as Children's and Youth State Director. For Scripture Union NSW as the State School Coordinator, lectured at numerous Bible Colleges and spoken at hundred's of Christian events. He is married to Jenni and has one married son Cheyne with three Grand children.


MINISTRYBLUE has grown from its humble beginning to have now turned over Millions of Dollars in resources.
