Mission Statement
The purpose of Spinifex Ministries is to further the work of the Gospel of Jesus Christ by providing pastoral care and building and property maintenance to evangelical Christian missions, individuals and churches that are ministering to Aboriginal people or to people in remote and isolated areas of Australia. Our goal is to keep those in ministry, in ministry longer.

Spinifex Ministries is a non-denominational evangelical ministry.

Origin
Spinifex Ministries was formed in 2002 following the vision Phil & Cathy had while in MMM seeing the need for a personal, pastoral care ministry. Since January 2004, Spinifex Ministries has been operating as a support to evangelical Christian missions, individuals and churches that are ministering to Aboriginal people or to people in remote and isolated areas of Australia.

Where Does Spinifex Ministries Operate?
Spinifex Ministries operates in areas where pastoral care to those in ministry is limited or unavailable. For the most part, we predominantly focus on the Northern Territory and the North of Western Australia.

How Does Spinifex Ministries Operate?
As pastoral care is all about relationships, we revisit the same ministers/missionaries each year to strengthen the relationships that we have established. We also keep on top of their maintenance each year so that they can focus more on their ministry and not have to worry about the maintenance of their church or mission home.
