The
aim
of this form is to let you think through the whole area of ministry.
Being
called to minister for God is a high calling and should be undertaken
with
prayer. Although a form is in many ways very impersonal the main aim is
to let you work through effectively what is needed for ministry.
Biblically
We are
committed-
1.
To Scripture being our final authority on all matters of faith.
(2
Timothy 3:16)
2.
To the teachings of the Church
(as
reflected in the Statement of belief)
3.
To all Christians being gifted by God for ministry.
(Ephesians
4:11)
4.
The chief concern of Christians is to glorify and honour Christ through
a holy life and to have a deep concern for the
lost.
(1 Corinthians 2:2)
Spiritually
1.
Our aim is to have unity and care for one another.
(Romans

Our leaders are to be examples of
Christ.

up.
